We support common trade terms such as FOB, CIF and EXW. Payment options include T/T with a 30% deposit plus the balance before shipment, and letters of credit (L/C); credit card or PayPal are also available for small orders.

Yes — we support OEM / ODM customisation. Provide drawings, samples or reference images, and we will produce in bulk after sample approval. Custom lead time is usually around 45 days.
Before shipment we provide an inspection report and actual product photos. If any damage occurs in transit, we will send free replacements or issue a proportional refund once verified with arrival photos. Costs arising from quality issues within the warranty period are covered by us.
